After the executive meeting with all bodies involved in this payment scheme, we resolved to follow the due process and make sure that compliance to these directives are made. The necessary issues that will be carried out by the beneficiary must not be over ruled out. You should understand that truth is bitter, but I have to tell you that. You have been dealing with criminals who pose to be working with the government.
